Anything you're doing by hand that a system can do instead. Sorting inbound leads, drafting replies, summarizing calls, moving data between tools. If it happens more than once a week and it isn't creative work, it probably qualifies.

A short call about what the business does and where it hurts. Access to the tools the work touches. Copy if you want to write it yourself, otherwise we'll draft and you'll edit.

We talk. First rounds are rarely final and aren't meant to be. We'd rather rework now than ship something you don't stand behind.

You. The site, the code, the workflows, the accounts. We hand over keys and documentation. If you hire someone else next year, nothing we built stops you.

You do. It runs on your accounts and your keys, so it keeps working without us. When you want to add to it or change how it works, we can jump back in. Billed separately.

APIs shift, models get deprecated, that's the nature of this stuff. The systems we build are structured so the moving parts can be swapped without rebuilding the whole thing. If something downstream breaks after launch, you'll know what to change, or you can send it back to us.

Right now we're iPhone-only. Android adds real cost in QA and store quirks that doesn't fit the price band, and most clients we talk to want iPhone first anyway. If Android is a hard requirement, we'll tell you up front and point you at someone who does it well.

Yes. We take it through review on your developer account, fix anything Apple flags, and hand it off live. The account stays in your name so you keep control.
